SINGAPORE / HAINAN, CHINA — Keystone Offshore is pleased to announce the establishment of the Hainan Haicheng Keystone Offshore & Marine Industry Fund (海南海澄鼎石产业基金), a strategic investment fund formed through collaboration between the Haicheng Fund (an industrial fund based in Hainan) and Keystone Holdings, an affiliated company of Keystone Offshore.

The fund represents a significant milestone in advancing investment opportunities across the offshore, marine, and maritime sectors, supporting the development and revitalization of strategic marine assets both within China and internationally.

The Hainan Haicheng Keystone Offshore & Marine Industry Fund will focus on identifying, acquiring, developing, and operating high-value offshore and marine assets, including offshore support vessels, liftboats, jack-up units, marine infrastructure, renewable energy support assets, and other maritime-related investments. The fund aims to leverage Hainan's strategic position as a leading maritime and free trade hub while supporting China's broader marine economy development objectives.

The fund will be professionally managed by Beijing Hangke Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. (北京航科私募基金管理有限公司), an experienced private equity fund manager with strong capabilities in industrial investment, asset management, and strategic capital deployment.

The establishment of the fund reflects the shared commitment of the Haicheng Fund, Keystone Holdings, and Beijing Hangke Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. to create a robust investment platform that bridges industrial expertise, financial resources, and market opportunities within the offshore and marine sectors.
